Office Hours

Patients are seen Monday through Thursday by appointment only. There is 24 hour coverage for all patients in active treatment.

Scheduling Appointments

We live in a time of demanding schedules. We are very sensitive to your needs and will do our best to offer creative scheduling for you.

We have several goals:

• To deliver “on-time quality treatment.”
• To minimize wait time.
• To have plenty of time during each appointment to do the necessary adjustments and to answer any questions.

Here are some aspects you will notice:

We schedule longer appointments during school hours and shorter appointments after school. By doing this we do not reserve an entire afternoon for one or two patients, but rather accommodate as many families as possible after school. Naturally these appointments are very popular and need to be shared fairly with all our patients. Dr. Mark’s “school-time policy” is to alternate one school appointment and one after-school appointment throughout the school year. Taking turns should not allow for missing school more than four times a year.

We also offer these additional suggestions:

• School authorities regard orthodontic appointments as excused absences. You can obtain written excuses at our reception desk.
• Know your school schedule and consider lunch and study halls for these appointments or pick a different class time each time.

Cost of Treatment

Orthodontic health care is an investment in your future. The effect of a beautiful smile truly impacts you and those around you for a lifetime. Orthodontic fees vary depending upon the severity of the problem and the length of treatment and therefore are determined and discussed on an individual basis. Arrangements can be made for payment over a period of time and dental insurance plans that feature orthodontic benefits may be incorporated into payment arrangements. Our experienced New Patient and Financial Coordinators will work with you to simplify the process and create a payment plan that works best for you.
